With over 35 years of experience in the Capital Region, Dean is a veteran dealmaker who has successfully closed over $500 Million in commercial transactions. His expertise spans complex land development, industrial sales, and strategic consulting. A consistent top producer and multiple CoStar Power Broker award winner, Dean specializes in navigating local zoning boards and town planning processes to get difficult deals across the finish line.

Ryan Taylor, CCIM

Lic. Real Estate Broker, Member

Ryan combines data-driven market analysis with aggressive deal execution. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), he brings a level of financial modeling and investment expertise held by only 6% of brokers nationwide.

Having advised on over $115 Million in commercial assets, Ryan serves on the
Board of Directors for CIREB and the Upstate NY CCIM Chapter.
Specializing in industrial leasing and tenant representation, he helps clients look beyond the
price tag to understand the true long-term ROI of their investments.

Shannon Palleschi

Office Administrator

Shannon has been in the real estate industry since 2011 and serves as the backbone of Continuum's daily operations. Working behind the scenes, she manages office logistics, transaction coordination, and client communications to ensure the brokerage runs seamlessly. Her organizational expertise allows the brokerage team to focus entirely on providing unparalleled service to clients. In her free time, Shannon enjoys exploring Upstate New York and spending time with her family.
